DCWM is a Waste Management company that has been operating since it’s inception in 1998 in the areas North of Durban, and Inland as far a field as Ulundi.

Our head offices are situated in Shakashead Ballito ,the North Coast of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. The company is a proudly black owned Level 1 BEEE Contributor.

Municipal Waste Management

Municipal Waste management is a service that involves the collection, transport and disposal of waste resulting from human consumption. DCWM partners with local municipalities and has the ability to handle any type of waste generated by residents, institutions and businesses.

Our Services include daily and weekly residential refuse collections, daily and weekly commercial waste collection and disposal, transfer station management and coordination, general waste landfill site management, as well as project based clean-ups for municipalities and community groups. The service areas include KwaDukuza, iLembe District, Umlalazi, Maphumulo, Mthonjaneni, King Cetshwayo, and large commercial customers within the Richards Bay development zone, with a major focus on Ballito, Shakas Kraal and surrounding areas.

DCWM specialises in providing the refuse removal and safe disposal at approved landfill sites. We own, manage and run our own transfer station in Ballito which also has a waste recycling facility.

Our fleet of vehicles are well equipped to transport domestic and hazardous waste safely, and disposed of at the correct landfill to suit the waste type

Waste Collections

In order to provide a safe, efficient, and compliant solution for moving liquid, sludge, and dry waste from our customers' premises to waste processing facilities, DCWM's logistics team has established a track record in the specialized removal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. We partner with specialised high hazard landfill sites to ensure sampling, testing, treatment and appropriate disposal or containment of waste to ensure the issuance of a “safe disposal certificate” to our customers. DCWM adheres to industry compliance requirements for Waste Collection Services /HACCP/SHEQ etc
